Charles Hynes in Decline Declines interview for NYPD Joe Sanchez Hispanic Serpico?

http://www.youtube.com/user/JoeSanchezNYPDHero
The original videos are on my YouTube Channel -- wish I could transfer the views...
stay tuned for when I interview Joe Sanchez about Adrian Schoolcraft during the trial which is going to challenged what I call The NYPD Brand....

I created a new YouTube Channel for the YouTube Documentary -- a year long series that will include interviews with NYPD Hero Joe Sanchez who was set-up by corrupt Internal Affairs police officers to protect their pal who Joe Sanchez had reported to Internal Affairs.

Joe Sanchez is the Hispanic Serpico and we have Charles Hynes in his own hand writing from 30 years  ago saying Joe Sanchez should be re-instated in a letter her wrote in response to juror Annabell Washburn so it was quite a disapointment that Hynes declined the request for an interview for my NYPD Hero Joe Sanchez the Hispanic Serpico - the goal NYPD reform which must include the end of a history of NYPD retaliating against whistle blowers to getting an apology and honorary re-instatement so Joe can officially retire.

I told Joe it could be my politics because I am a critic of Hynes and Vito Lopez's close friendship.

In my opinion it is really low of Hynes not to come forward but hey Charles we will be filming for a year so you can find some decency at any point and do the right thing.

Joe wrote this:

I don't think I will get the chance of running into Charles Joe Hynes again. The first time I saw him was when I was told by another cop back in 1985 that  the new Special State Prosecutor Charles Joe Hynes was visiting precincts and and telling them that he was not out to hurt cops in general, just combating corruption within the police department and criminal justice system. I caught up with him as he was visiting the NYPD Hispanic Society at their monthly meeting in Spanish Harlem. As I listened diligently to all he was saying from the back row where I was seated,  I remember how cold the Hispanic Society were to him and how only but a few officers clapped their hands when he finished his speech, and quickly walked towards the exit door. I approached him and introduced myself. He was surprised to see me. After all, here was the cop in person whose indictment he dismissed for being wrongly indicted for a crime he did not commit. He extended his hand to shake my hand, and said, " Joe Sanchez, how are your doing?" I said, "How do you think I'm doing, Mr. Hynes? Look what they did to me. You dismissed my indictment and you're telling other cops how I got screwed, but I've yet to get my job back. And how do you think my family is doing?" He apologized for what was done to me, and told me that if I were given a departmental hearing, he would testify on my behalf so as  I could get my job back. He also told me I was a good cop, and  to come and see him at his office with my PBA attorney, Paul Brenner.

I visited him at his office where he once again apologized and telling me he would testify for me in a departmental trial. He never mentioned his predecessor, Thomas Duffy, as being the one who wrongfully and illegally indicted me, but he did mention that  Duffy's Assistant Special State Prosecutor Joe Hester had been bit too hasty in getting me indicted without knowing all the facts since he was somewhat inexperienced.  Nothing more was said concerning Duffy and Hester. It was more of  a tacit understanding on who was responsible for this injustice. You know, we don't talk about it, and for me to just to be happy that my indictment had been dismissed, even though there had been prosecutorial misconduct committed. Talk about the Blue Wall/ Police Code of Silence not just existing in the NYPD, but  also in the criminal justice system, as well. But  let me spell it out for you: It was Hynes' predecessor, Thomas Duffy and his Assistant Special State Prosecutor Joe Hester, IAD, and some bosses in the NYPD, including the lieutenant and captain I blew the whistle on for corruption.  And  when they all conspired to wrongfully and  illegally indict me for a crime I did not commit by convincing six { 6 } drug dealers { five of whom when first interviewed by IAD, told the investigator that I had done nothing wrong, except the one drug dealer looking for a way out } that were later set free after lying to a grand jury that I ripped them all off during an arrest that my partner, Herman Velez and I effected back in April 13, 1982, and hoping to send me to prison, it was like being in The Twilight Zone. If Rod Serling were alive today, he'd love to  have this Kafkaesque... nightmarishly complex story  on his TV show.

NYPD Joe Sanchez Hispanic Serpico CCRB Minutes Testimony by Suzannah B. Troy 30 Years Ago CCRB Form Proof Nothing has changed

Read the minutes -- shameful exposing CCRB and than listen to my testimony, Suzannah B. Troy the only civilian out of 8 million people testifying in front CCRB starts at what might be page page 18....line number number 4...  I testify about making Joe Sanchez Hispanic Serpico Documentary and hold up CCRB form from 30 years ago proving nothing has changed.....

re: my testimony -- every NYPD officer I refer to - their names spelled wrong,  DI Ed Winski,  Lt Angelo Burgos,  Sgt Chen,  Det John Vergona, involving the violent assault by Delita Hooks,  her employer's name spelled wrong Dr. Andrew Fagelman....  I reference activist Louis Flores last page up top, wrongly written Luis Flores was shot (instead of shoved), read how CCRB has never even contacted him so did they fix it...I slam Bloomberg for tech messes including CCRB's read me giving CCRB...   When I say CCRB failed us CCRB spelled wrong in transcript!!!!

Note Bishop Taylor had a good laugh about team sports but in my opinion not a care in the world about the Injustices suffered by people failed by CCRB.  When I the only public member spoke he got up and walked out for some reason.  Well you can read that they have trouble just getting 3 of them to show up to rule on cases....

Charles Hynes Karma Pie Doesn't Get Endorsement He refused my Interview for Hispanic Serpico Documentary on Joe Sanchez

http://politicker.com/2013/04/ufcw-rolls-out-new-council-endorsements/

So happy to hear they are not rushing to back Charles Hynes who has protected Vito Lopez all these years and turned me down for a 5 min. YouTube Documentary Interview  -- Jerry Schmetterer had me turned down....  Jerry is confident that Hynes has the Hispanic vote but unless Joe steps up for the Hispanc Serpico and hello why doesn't the Spanish Community even know Joe Sanchez exists?

Jerry had me lay down a 5 min. script of what I would ask Vito oops Charles Hynes and I promised to not go off my script but Jerry and Charles decide that was a no go....

The only way we can begin to get NYPD reform is if the NYPD stops sick vicious retaliation against the NYPD Whistleblowers.

http://nypdnewcommission.blogspot.com/2013/04/charles-hynes-declined-5-min-interview.html

http://mayorbloombergkingofnewyork.blogspot.com/2013/04/blog-post.html

Charles could still get the endorsement late in the game but still a slap in the face he deserves in my opinion....

Update on NYPD Hispanic Serpico Joe Sanchez my Year Long YouTube Documentary

Update on NYPD Hispanic Serpico Joe Sanchez my Year Long YouTube Documentary

http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2013/04/nypd-whistle-blower-joe-sanchez-my.html

I have a lot I haven't told you that involves my life and that along with my handicap cat Daisy going stone blind -- trying to get my little home more friendly for the blind -- just exhausted -- the worst most extreme exhaustion.

I just made to MD appointments -- one for my neck and one for my foot and I may have to make an AMC emergency room visit for Daisy.  For now she is comfortable so I may take her tomorrow.

I am wiped out.

Stay tuned for this unique project.  I am setting up a channel and I hope to have some parts of the Joe Sanchez NYPD Hispanic Serpico in Spanish as well.

My next segment is on Charles Hynes who is running for declining to be interviewed and folks he is running for re-election.....

The YouTube channel I will set up will allow Joe Sanchez to also help me do ground breaking YouTube Documentary sharing by allowing others to contribute as we go along this year.

Because of the Boston Tragedy and my own personal health issues far worse from the violent assault I just need some time.  Stay tuned.

Charles Hynes Agrees with Juror NYPD Joe Sanchez Case A Miscarriage of Justice

30 years ago Charles Hynes agreed in writing NYPD Joe Sanchez should be re-instated but it never happened; see the letter in his own words to a juror asking Hynes to take action.

Charles Hynes is running for re-election and also in the twilight years of his life.   Charles Hynes still has the power he had 30 years ago to right a wrong and as this brave juror pointed out  (30 years ago) take action in response to Joe Sanchez a hero NYPD cop and brave whistle blower in this case a victim of a Miscarriage of Justice.  Ask Charles Hynes about the Joe Sanchez case.  Read Charles Hynes letter to the Juror in his own words he agrees but the sad truth not in writing is Hynes was not going to take on NYPD police commissioner Ben Ward who wanted the courageous NYPD whistle blower Joe Sanchez fired for exposing a corrupt truly bad Lt. and NYPD Capt.

This is like a sci fi movie -- going back in time -- read these letters.  Maybe I can get someone to help me put these on scribd so you can read them more easily but as the Adrian Schoolcraft trial begins this Sept 2013 here is 30 years of proof NYPD Internal Affairs betrayed Joe Sanchez -- the very same IA officers he went to ended up handcuffing Joe and innocent man with 4 sons and a wife to provide for.   I will have a powerful YouTube interview next Friday 30 years in the making.

Click on these letters to read them!

if you click on this you can see the entire letter and if you have capacity on your computer you can make it larger to read.

Charles Hynes, mayor Bloomberg and Commish Kelly--- Restore Joe Sanchez to Patrolman -- and than allow him to retire.

The City of New York owes NYPD Hero Joe Sanchez and his family an apology.

Maybe the Adrian Schoolcraft trial Sept. 2013 will finally bring an end to the NYPD retaliating against heroic whistle blowing NYPD officers.

NYPD Internal Affairs a History of Betrayal

by Suzannah B. Troy

will that be a book I write that includes IA so far not even contacting me -- I was assaulted Oct 1 by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager Delita Hooks.  When a corrupt Det from the 01 coerced me in to dropping charges Oct. 20 I reported his to IA Oct 21.  IA has yet to contact me and the violent woman who almost blinded me still has yet to be arrested.

I have spoken to the Lt. in Chief Banks office and the new commander of the 01 and I was told I have to wait of IA.

Serpico, Durk, Sanchez and Schoolcraft betrayed and retaliated against.
IA treating me like them?

Adrian Schoolcraft Look Charles Hynes Praises Joe Sanchez Who was Set-up by Internal Affairs

Above in Charles Hynes hand writing praise for Joe Sanchez.

Above link letter from Juror to Hynes -- miscarriage of Justice -- letter back from Hynes agreeing and hoping Joe Sanchez gets re-instated -- well Charles Hynes -- it has been 30 years.....

Read below in Joe's own words how he was set-up by the NYPD and specifically the Internal Affairs police officers that were suppose to be arresting his corrupt supervisors but as Serpico knew and Adrian Schoolcraft our newest NYPD Whistle Blower on the Block can tell you Internal Affairs has a long history of betraying whistle blowers.

You will read Joe thank Charles Hynes and wishing him good luck on the upcoming election.
Joe Sanchez is sincere.  Joe Sanchez a good honest man and a great cop who was set-up by the NYPD brass to be falsely accused of stealing money from drug dealers which he did not do.  Joe had to support his family and an NYPD officer he worked with him got him a job right away doing security because she knew he was honest and a good person.

I want to ask Charles Hynes --- you knew Joe Sanchez was innocent.  There in your own words what a good cop he is and you did not fight Benjamin Ward the NYPD commissioner at the time to get this good honest cop Joe Sanchez his job back?

Charles Hynes is and was a political animal which is how he has endured so long so he knew Benjamin Ward was doing damage control and Ward wanted Sanchez a honest courageous heroic cop who exposed corrupt supervisors breaking laws out.
Ask Charles Hynes and than ask Richard Brown, the Queens DA why he refused to put Chief Marino and DI Mauriello, in front of a Grand Jury.

Richard Brown will never do what Hynes did which is say Adrian you are a good cop you got f//ked but both men could have fought for these courageous cops trying to expose corruption and did not do enough.

When I saw Hynes we shook hands as he placed his left hand on my
shoulder and said, "You know, Jerry, Joe got F**ked. He was a good cop"
Back in 2007, I went to New York City to promote my books "Latin Blues" and "True Blue: A tale of The Enemy Within" I visited Brooklyn DA Charlie  Joe Hynes at his Brooklyn office. I first met up with his spokesperson,
Jerry Schmetterer, who co-wrote with NYPD Police Officer Al Sheppard  "E-Man: Life in the NYPD Emergency Service Unit" By the way, Al Sheppard
is a good friend of mine.

While at Jerry Schmetterer's office we spoke for a short time. He then
called Hynes whose office was around the hallway, telling Hynes that I
wanted to see and speak to him. Hynes told Jerry to bring me into his
office. When I saw Hynes we shook hands as he placed his left hand on my
shoulder and said, "You know, Jerry, Joe got F**ked. He was a good cop"

He then said," Sorry I could not help you get your job back, Joe" He then
invited me to sit down so we could shoot the breeze. What I first wanted
to tell him was, "Joe Hynes, you were the new Special State Prosecutor,
appointed by Governor Mario Cuomo in 1985, when your predecessor Thomas
Duffy and his assistant prosecutor, Joe Hester, violated my civil rights
and due process of law by illegally indicting me for a crime I never
committed. You told me after I was fired by Police Commissioner Benjamin  Ward, that if the NYPD gave me a departmental hearing, so I could prove my
innocence, you would testified on my behalf. Wow! Unheard of. The Special
State Prosecutor was stepping up to the plate for a cop that was
wrongfully indicted and arrested on bogus charges of ripping off six { 6 }
drug dealers. Not his partner, Herman Velez, just little old Joe Sanchez.
A crime neither Velez nor I committed. You were the new Special State
Prosecutor. You were highly respected and feared by those in the Criminal
Justice System, that were corrupt. All you had to do was say,
'Commissioner Benjamin Ward, in the interest of justice, Joe Sanchez got
F**ked. Give him a departmental hearing, or immediately reinstate him.'"

But, I did not say what I truly wanted to say to Charlie Joe Hynes. He was
courteous enough to see me and let Jerry know I was f**ked. So I kept my
mouth shut, and we chatted for a few more minute on how I was doing, and
the fact that I was able to get my guns back when I became a New York  State corrections officer, even though I had lost my job and pension with  the NYPD after 13 years of dedication to the City of New York.

We then exchanged books. I signed and handed him two of my books, "Latin
Blues" and True Blue: A Tale of the Enemy Within" He then signed and
handed me his first novel " Triple Homicide. The inscription read: To Joe
Sanchez, a great MOS { Member of Service } NYPD, 2007.

Looking back at
that storm in my life, I am very grateful for the life preserver he threw
me while I was drowning, by dismissing my indictment and preventing me
from going to prison. BUT HE NEVER PULLED ME IN BY HELPING ME TO GET A
DEPARTMENTAL HEARING SO I COULD PROVE MY INNOCENCE AND GET MY JOB BACK.

My very best to Brooklyn DA Charlie Joe Hynes in his upcoming election and
God bless him.

http://nypdnewcommission.blogspot.com/2013/01/nypd-whistle-blower-adrian-schoolcraft.html    Hero NYPD officer set up by Internal Affairs found me via my post Adrian Schoolcraft meet Joe Sanchez.

The NYPD have a brutal history of retaliating against NYPD Whistle Blowers and IA players in the betrayal.  (Note as I write this IA has my case -- they had 90 days -- it is 6 months since I was violently assaulted and corrupt cops fixed the crime.  I continue to wait for Delita Hooks to be arrested and the NYPD cops involved punished how ever small their punishment because the NYPD protect corruption until they can't like rape, gun running, drug dealing but they including IA continue to protect the PBA NYPD fixing and favors.

Joe Sanchez caught criminals -- amazing arrests but his supervisor threatened to take him by the hand and point out summons to be given because Joe was not meeting his quota!

http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2013/03/former-nypd-officer-joe-sanchez-quota.html

Joe Sanchez knows what I, Suzannah B. Troy suffered and he wrote NYPD handling of me being assaulted disgraces honest cops.   I wrote how many letters on behalf of the NYPD including "Betrayal at Ground Zero" in The Wall St. Journal but like Joe Sanchez I was going to get betrayed by corrupt cops at the First Precinct!
http://nypdnewcommission.blogspot.com/2013/03/former-nypd-joe-sanchez-betrayed-by-ia.html

FYI:  Joe still has haunting dreams.  Imagine having children to feed and being set-up in the worst way and handcuffed by the IA officers he went to and was wired up by to catch his bosses on tape.

Joe still believes there are more good cops than not and still loved his job as an NYPD officer.

"It's an exciting job where you see it all: the good, the bad, and the ugly. It stays with you until you die. In the last few days, I've dreamt again where I'm back on the job, and feeling so good about it. But not for long. Some boss tells me word has come down that I've been fired again."

I interview Joe Sanchez and ask him what he would say to Adrian Schoolcraft.

Det John Vergona thought he could make me being assaulted go away.

He was wrong.

Even if Internal Affairs and a corrupt legal system protect him, all the corrupt cops involved, Dr. Andrew Fagelman 155 Spring St who paid Delita Hooks for violent assault including the running punch to my eye that required eye surgery or go blind there is the video and blogs...

and look 30 years later Joe Sanchez is still telling his story and Adrian Schoolcraft is the newest NYPD Whistle Blower to be set-up  -- they did not falsely accuse him of a crime he did not commit or set him up like Serpico for a bullet to his head -- they put Adrian Schoolcraft in a mental ward kidnapping him.

Mayor Bloomberg Commish Kelly Charles Hynes Issue NYPD Hero Whistle Blower Joe Sanchez an Apology and Honorary Re-Instatment

Mayor Bloomberg Commish Kelly Charles Hynes Issue NYPD Hero Whistle Blower Joe Sanchez an Apology and Honorary Re-Instatment

Mayor Bloomberg, Commish Kelly and Charles Hynes:

I am writing you today to right a wrong, a grave and cruel injustice done to a hero whistle blowing NYPD officer Joe Sanchez.

Charles Hynes in his own writing praises Sanchez & a witness can confirm Mr. Hynes  put his hands on Joes shoulders and said "You got f//ked".  I am asking the mayor to issue an apology to Joe and his family and that the NYPD find some integrity at this difficult time with the Adrian Schoolcraft trial beginning in Sept. and issue Joe an honorary return to the NYPD.

See Charles Hynes in his own words praise Joe.

I was violently assaulted
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dh9TedhfthE&sns=em almost blinded,  damage to my neck.  01 Det Squad investigating Det. Vergona fixed the crime giving me the Schoolcraft -- Sanchez treatment so I am now an advocate for NYPD officers treated they way Det. Vergona treated me.http://youtu.be/ur5W3JziMi8 More info including anti-Semitism & refusal to investigate.  NYPD has a lot of wrongs to right. Start with Joe Sanchez &  also arrest the woman who violently assaulted me.

Would you want to be treated the way Joe Sanchez a good cop was treated or in my case violently attacked MD office Soho and instead of an arrest NYPD fixing like havinJoe Sanchez framed to get him a whistle blower off the force.

Charles Hynes can confirm all this & my link shows you his own writing verifying Joe Sanchez is a good cop.

Time to go back in Time 30 years ago with Charles Hynes as Joe Sanchez's advocate and give Joe an apology and honorary re-instatement.

Thank you,
Suzannah B. Troy

NYPD Whistle Blower Adrian Schoolcraft meet  NYPD Whistle Blower Joe Sanchez

"Sánchez discovered, by accident, that one of his lieutenants was receiving payments and sexual favors in exchange for protection. After issuing a routine traffic summons to the brother of a powerful businessman, Sánchez was invited to the businessman's office and asked if he would be interested in providing protection for his drivers, "the same as your lieutenant and captain are doing." The businessman then offered him money.[2] When Sánchez reported this situation to the NYPD Internal Affairs Division (IAD), they "wired" him with a recording device, with the supposed intent of gathering proof of his accusations against the lieutenant and the captain.[1]
Unbeknownst to Sánchez, the people who wired him were also friends of his lieutenant. Sánchez returned to the businessman and gathered enough information to implicate this lieutenant and captain on corruption charges. However, upon learning of the situation, the lieutenant and the captain transferred Sánchez to another Court Division in the Bronx, and the IAD investigation was quietly shelved.[3]"

  1. Yes, they were betrayed by The NYPD's Internal Affairs. The NYPD could care less how honest they were. They were just numbers. In other words they were expendable.

    1. Thanks and gratitude for comment. IA had 90 days to investigate me being assaulted and Det John Vergona and associates fixing making the assault never happen. Without surgery I would have lost vision in my eye.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dh9TedhfthE&sns=emThe women in the vid all lied but I have the vid and medical evidence including defensive wounds.

    3. Sorry to hear about what happened to you, Suzannah. I hope it all works out for you and that you be treated with justice and fairness.

You Tube Interview...sure, why not? I've got nothing to lose. I've already lost the best job in the world due to trying to bring down some rogue bosses in the NYPD. Thank God that the average cop is honest and caring. I worked with many of them. But like in any profession, you have the good, the bad, and the ugly. You can also check out my Website at www.bluewallnypd.com God bless you, -Joe

    5. When you break the police code of silence by trying to do right, the nightmare begins, as Adrian Schoolcraft can attest to.

"The corrupt evil Lt. Joe reported to Internal Affairs in my opinion worked with the corrupt cops in Internal Affairs to set-up Joe and it was a done deal so much so -- that one of the evil truly "Bad Lt."'s friend walked up to Joe and said you are going to get arrested."
Suzannah B. Troy in my opinion.....

"I told a 34 Pct PBA delegate what had happened while I was accompanied by my 10-year-old son at the station house to pick up my police equipment and bring home. Rather then show support, he told me that the 34 had collected money on my behalf since I had been (fyi falsely) indicted, arrested and suspended without pay. He tried to hand me a $20 bill.

It was a message for me to drop dead for being a rat. Gee-whiz, , I ratted a bad lieutenant that could care less for the good cops, and putting them in harm's way with his corrupt activities. Were we not the good guys? I told him what he could do with the 20 dollars and same message to the rest of the corrupt cops in the 34 Pct. "
